HOW DOES THE TAILOR-MADE ITINERARY PLANNING FOR SWITZERLAND SERVICE WORK?
Step 1 Visit Our Swiss Experience and select the itinerary service relevant to the number of days you’ll spend in Switzerland. You can choose from 1 to 6 days, 7 to 10 days and 11+ days.
Step 2 Complete the information requested in the dropdown boxes and provide any other relevant information about your trip. Add to basket.
Step 3 Proceed to the checkout and complete your payment and contact details. Remember to enter the code HTS5 in the discount code box at the top of the payment page.
Step 4 You will receive an email from Hana to schedule a 30-minute phone or video call (WhatsApp, Google Meet, Skype, etc.)
Step 5 During the call, Hana will chat to you about your itinerary ideas to gain a good understanding of your trip requirements.
Step 6 Within 2 weeks, Hana will send you a tailor-made itinerary in PDF format. The itinerary will include information such as:
- The best road and/or rail routes for your trip
- A day-by-day map of the itinerary route with a breakdown of the recommended morning and afternoon program
- Answering frequently asked questions such as what to pack, where to eat, etc
- Provide suggestions about accommodation, activities and excursions, including wet weather alternatives
- Offer tips and practical advice
- Indication of approximate budget required

Payment Terms: Payment for your tailor-made Switzerland itinerary is required in full in advance of the session.
Refund Policy: Please note that no refunds are available.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: If you can no longer attend you can cancel the session up to 24 hours in advance and reschedule to another date or request a refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session you will not be entitled to reschedule or a refund.
